FAQs

Do you offer in-person therapy appointments?

Not at this time. We are forecasting in person session in mid-late 2024. Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in person therapy.

How do I know if teletherapy will work or me?

During our first initial evaluation we will focus on getting to know each other and part of the assessment is to gather essential information to better understand what level of care and support is needed. Someone who is dealing with severe mental illness or who responds better to intimate environment may benefit from being seen in person or intensive outpatient program.

Do you offer weekend appointments?

Yes! We offer appointments on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00pm. We also provide hours in the evenings during weekdays.

We provide all our client with Good Faith Estimate to be transparent to the possible costs when seeking treatment. Please be aware that this is just an estimate, and not a contract. You are not required to remain in treatment for any length of time. For more information go to CMS.gov.

No. We are not medical doctors or psychiatrists. If you are interested in psychiatric medication, we are able to provide community resources that take most commercial insurances. You can also talk to your primary doctor about starting medication for mental health.
